for the background (the wall and sidewalk) I used a rag and rubbed the paint into the board. I used an assortment of brushes to do different details

i don't do any real specific process but i painted what ever colors seemed to fit

(I also didn't follow the picture i had picked which is featured below)

i sprayed the paper with rubbing alcohol and then

painted over the pattern with red water color paint.

this is another photofunia effect. this effect takes the face off a picture and incorperates it into a painting (not a painting of your chose however)

i took a cartoon picture of a caracter from a show and uploaded it to dumpr.net using the alienator effect, set on spectrum. this colorful image is a result.
